We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Front Office Executives for our hospitality properties in Bardhaman. The role involves managing guest check-in and check-out processes, handling phone calls, responding to booking inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
Manage incoming calls and address customer queries promptly.
Handle booking and reservation-related inquiries.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
