We are hiring an energetic and detail-oriented IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients and internal teams.
You will diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, install applications and programs, and ensure smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.

• Install, configure, and update software applications and operating systems.

• Manage user accounts and permissions within internal systems.

• Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and troubleshooting steps.

• Collaborate with external vendors for technical support and issue resolution.

Required Skills:

• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.

• Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, internet security, and data privacy principles.

• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to remain calm and supportive under pressure.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field.

Experience:
